There was no "salesy pitch" like the MANY horrible presentations I sat through with every other company as I shopped companies to hire. The price was exceptional. The windows are beautiful. As to the installers...the most pleasant crew...fast, clean, skilled. Installing windows in an older home, they took the greatest care to save my existing moldings where as others told me they needed to be replaced completely... An honest job and a beautiful finished project. Thanks Home Exteriors. Shopping for estimates elsewhere will just make you love these guys more when you choose them.

They did the install in one day and not only were they respectful in my home they were also respectful outside of the home so I had to share this also.I planted a vegetable garden that week and they did not want to mess it up so they put cardboard down to step on.They did an amazing install and we have referred 5 people already.I sent pictures and one close up and also of the garden cardboard...thanks everyone !!!!

We must get a compliment on our composite siding … More at least once a day from people in the neighborhood. The crew was José and his team and they worked tirelessly on the job. Super courteous, respectful and cleaned up on a daily basis. August and his father run a great company with patience and understanding over the customer’s needs and worries. We are just thrilled they traveled to the westside for our home and would hire them again in a second for any home project we need in the future.

I do have an issue with scheduling. I signed my contract in the middle of October, the roof was finally installed in the middle of December. Little updates were given, in fact I took a day off from work because I was told that the roof would be done that day. When the roofers did not show up by 9:30, I figured that they were not coming. I finally got a call from the office lady; I was not happy. She started to tell me about other jobs that they, I did not car! I was told that they would be there, I expected them to be there, or at least a call the day before to let me know. I asked for a call back from the salesperson who came out to sell me the roof, I got no response. When a customer is that irritated & upset, you should call them back. It still annoys me to this date. So 5 stars for installation & the crew, probably a 2 for communication & scheduling.

They were all very courteous, careful and kept me informed of all aspects of the tear off and install.This wasn't all easy for them as I have many rare and unusual plants they had to work around. They were very attentive to my (and my plants) needs. They got the job done quickly and left leaving the property nice and clean. If you're looking for a new roof, I highly recommend Home Exteriors.
