We just want to thank Dave and his team at HE for being so awesome! We had our windows installed 15+years ago and have had to call for service replacement on 2 windows. They came out and replaced the broken windows and were so accommodating the service repair guy saw our screens we on bad shape from weathering so he offered to take them back to the shop and repair them. As a part of our warranty they were done for free. Great warranty! That was during COVID. Just recently we needed three more screens replaced due to normal wear and tear.
